Well maybe it is kinda OVER but hey! I am however OVER-JOYED by it. LOL =P Ok! Ok! So getting to my point. hehe...

I have finally held Brooke Fraser's latest album, "Albertine" in my hands. WOOT! and thanx heaps to Joel. It has certainly made my day and oh, sorry about the tears. hahaha... it was because of the inner joy i felt at that time, so yea. AHAHAH... seriously! =P Can't thank you enough. ^_^

Slacker...

It's been a pretty long month of July for me and dang! I have not had a decent rest since then. Now, its August. Another long month ahead of me. Lotsa events goin' on and yesh! Plenty more deadlines to meet. But hey, what can I say?! I LOVE WORK. Tryna! I suppose. lol.... But I ain't In-Love with it. I'd be a psycho for that.

Highlights for July:
We had a Youth Sunday last 27th July 08 and it was awesome! Our long rehearsals for the CADM presentation was worth the hard work. Haven't got the video for that and it's a pitty we didnt manage to get a group shot before and after the dance. Geez... I might have to steal some of the shots taken by whoever that was there and also, TIM who might know something about the video. LOL... hmm...

Another exciting event that happened on the same day, was the wonderful pool party which I thought would've never happened. It was like a dream come true! But I've got pics I owe you guyz. So sorry for that! I don't even have a copy of them yet. You might wanna wait a lil more longer. hehe...

Other than that, its all about work work & work! =P Reason being a slacker. My bad! Often I feel so dry most of the time now. But hey! I shan't let tiredness let me off from talking to my God. Honestly, He sure is just the right person to talk to whenever I come home from work. It's just soothing to hear what He has to say. Such a refreshing moment before getting knocked out. Not that I'm saying reading His word is a "Good - Night story book" but it does help recharge one self spiritually. =)

MEN! Please be Warned!!!

These are "the 9 famous words" which women use as a weapon. So If you "men" out there get to read this, you know what to do, aight?!?

(1) Fine : This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

(2) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

(3) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm.This means something and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

(4) Go Ahead :This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!

(5) Loud Sigh :This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)

(6) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a woman can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

(7) Thanks :A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome' ... that will bring on a 'whatever').

(8) Whatever :Is a women's way of saying STUFF YOU!

(9) Don't worry about it, I got it :Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3.

True! so so True!!! =P

Surprise surprise!!!

First of all, I'd like to apologize for not being able to update this boring blog of mine. Lately, Its been crazy busy at work and stuff. But then again, I Praise God for every thing that's happened for the past week.

This month of July is just koo koo for me at the moment. Loads of drama rama going on, surprise surprises and oh... MORE surprises!!! =D I haven't had the chance to actually blog about lil' shoutouts to those who just celebrated their birthdays for the month of June and July. Yikes! So so Sorry ya guyz. Just some random shoutouts to....

CASS YEE, ABS, TIM, BEN YEE, ANGELA (lil sis), YUSRINA, XAVIER, UNCLE ANDY, PAPA, TERENCE, ABBY K, KAT, KEN, Tita BABES, SITI... hmm... (Did I miss out on anyone? Yikes! sorry you guyz if i have) hehe...


Wishing you guys more Birthdays to come your way and Many thanx for everything! ^_^

So, apart from having alota birthday celebrants for this month more surprises just keep coming my way and theres just so many things to thank God for.

First of all, my work place has indeed been a blessing to me despite all the tough and low times. Blessings just keep on coming and I can't thank the Big man above me enough. What can I say?! He sure is just an AMAZING GOD! Such a beautiful gift that the Lord has poured into my savings the other day and all that I declare is from non other but Christ alone. Just when you least expect it, the Lord sure knows how to surprise us. =D And with that, I would like to return him that gift. To use it in the right place of glorifying my daddy Jesus and to share it wisely with my family. =)

Secondly, I was certainly glad and surprised when Grace Holtby came back from a Sem break. (If ever you come across reading this, Grace, I just wanna thank you for the time you've spent with us back here. Just so you know that I'm starting to miss you again and that I hope when you're finally settled there in OZ, you won't forget us back here. LOL =P P.S. I MISS YOUR CHOC CAKE you MONKEE =)

OK! So... up for the third surprise. It's been ages I've been wanting to have my own acoustic guitar (plug-in) and I just never had the budget to. I have always dreamed of having one to be able to use them in WT sessions. Over the years of using my Fender Squire electric guitar, I've realized that I was better at acoustic and my style of playing the instrument was more suitable with an acoustic rather than an electric. But yea... =D

So a few days ago, Terence came telling me about this acoustic guitar he saw at Starmakers music store. It was on a great package deal and with an ear like T has, he surely knows what a good guitar would sound like. Haha... So, I was rather curious and excited to seeing it for myself. hehe..

So last night, i checked it out and was so glad to see how slick it was. But the sound was more sweet than it looks like. It sounds awesome! Played a few tunes and not long I started falling in love with this lil' thing already. haha... So... what did I end up doing about it? LOL =P

a) I put aside my budget on getting me a Semi-SLR dig cam
b) decided to get the acoustic guitar
c) Cried with tears of Joy as I held it in my arms
d) Praised God for the blessings He has provided me
