Day Break

What an awesome break I had yesterday from work! WOOT!!! ^_^ We had a public holiday due to the celebration of Nuzul Al-Quran and I decided to pamper myself for a lil' swim, jacuzzi and steaming. LOL =P Honestly, I have never done anything like this before (except for swimming) until there was this one time a few of us girls had a fairwell swim withGracie and decided to make use of the other facilities at JPMC. Like, seriously, I thought it was wickedly affordable to actually pay an entrance fee of B$8 and you could make use of everything for as long as you want. Now thats dang cheap I say! :P haha...

So, Becky and I decided to just hangout and chill for a bonding session while enjoying the amazing 1 day break that God has provided me. Wow! It felt sooo good to have, at least, just one day off from the buzy month. Phew! hehe... and yes! It was truly worth it.

Learnt some new tricks in the pool which I have never dared to do. haha... Well, I could be a very daring person, really, just that when it comes to water, I've got this phobea over having the water come in my nose. Seriously, that's just too painful to even think about. LOL :P But heck! I couldn't resist trying how to summersault. First attempt went downhill but the second try went BRAVO!!! and yes! It was a painful experience. LOL :P another trick was to reach the ground on a 14 feet level. LOL.. This went a lil overboard coz the deeper you swim, the pressure would hurt the ears. Yikes! And I did it anyway, after a few tries . LOL :P And Oh! this time... I was able to swim a least 4 laps half an olympic sized swimming pool. LOL. (Applause) but yea.. it was a feel good moment after all. haha...I am now much more confident in swimming. hehe...

I just love the feeling of being underwater. It's such a beautiful feeling. Seeing the blue water as the sun light hits the bottom of it. Sigh* Just gorgeous! If only i was a mermaid, where I could live under water and being able to communicate with sea creatures. Oooh...lovely! As I swam deeper under the water on 8 feet deep, i was trying to picture seeing sealions, penguins and dolphins. That woul've been sooo cute! ^_^ hehe...

I found that Joy in Between...

Taken from my previous post, the Lord certainly has things sorted out around the corners of my problems. Not only did He reveal the Joys in between my blue moments but He has in fact painted more colours to brighten up my days. Artistically speaking, my God has drawn away my upside-down smile into just about anything wonderful, a perfect SMILE.

So, I have poured out this Joy through what My God has taught me. "The Art of Friendships!" Surely, I've been blessed with friends and a wonderful family who are always at my side which I am thankful for everyday. And I just want to share with you all that's keeping me happy...

This is the first time I'm actually posting up some of my Digital Scrapbook designs and I just thought I'd lay it all out for you to show how interesting God surely works in my Life. All the smiles here are FOR REAL and It is because of God's love. I know a lot more of those blessings are not yet included in here and there's plenty more smiles to share with you. This is how artistic I can go away with how I describe things and honestly, it just feels good to pour it all out into pieces of colourful papers and to see what magic comes out of the ordinary.

These are the moments to remember and the friendships I treasure. There's plenty more lovin' to share and as it is written in Psalm 128....

What it is I feel...

It's just another month's gone by and September, here we come. 4 more months to go and its Christmas time again. Wondering if I am able to take a breather towards the end of the year coz I'm honestly in a need of one. I need a break!!! Where I can just take a moment to slow things down in my life right now.

I'm feeling...

... Sleepy most of the time right now due to lack of exercise which also means I'm feeling pretty unhealthy.

... Sick of coffee right now. All I'm needing most of the time now is caffeine to work in my body system just so I could go through the days at work.

... Lazy and uninspired to do anything else besides accomplishing deadlines.

... Hungry most of the time staying indoors the entire day. I honestly don't have time for ball games anymore during the weekends and I seriously need to sweat one of these days.

... Annoyed about the fact that all I've got to say today is nothing but negative stuffs.

... Fed-up of compromising with God about meeting up with Him.

... Unsure whether the job I'm in right now is really for me. Or has he got other things in store for me? Sigh*

... Homesick! I really miss my hometown for some reason. Though, I know Brunei certainly feels like my first home, nothing compares to where my root is. I'm just wishing so much to be with my family back home. To just spend time with them and get to know them a lil' more better. Cover up all those years we've missed out and just hoping to stay there for good. Sigh*

I know my God knows the desires of my heart and what I'm feeling right now. I'm sure this mood will be replaced soon with a lil happiness in between.
